Many times in scripture you will see that we are referred to as trees. The Bible specifically talks about the roots of those trees. Tree roots have two roles: To anchor the tree in the ground and to take up water, minerals and nutrients from the soil to help the tree grow. The dictionary describes “root” as being the origin or the source of something, while “rooted” is said to establish deeply or firmly.
Join us as we continue our series that will focus on a specific passages of scripture and how we need to be “Rooted” in the Word of God. In this episode we will focus on the valley of the shadow of death in Psalm 23.
